Introduction
The Atlas Retrieval System (ATLAS) is a mutlidatabase information retrieval program specifically designed to access macromolecular sequnece databases. This implementation can retrieve and manipulate information contained in this list of databases.
Text Search
Search for whole words or parts of words in the annotataion. Searches are not case sensitive.
Select databases: All databases All DNA databases (GENBANK and EMBL) All protein databases (PIR,PATCHX,SWISSPROT,GB&EMBL translations) PIR1,2,3
