Aby znaleść sekwencje w GenBank´u, należy wpisać w rubrykach słowa kluczowe (które przypuszczalnie powinny znajdować się w opisie sekwencji. Pomiedzy słowami kluczowymi z rubryk mogą zachodzić rożne relacje logiczne, np: AND - slowa kluczowe z obydwu rubryk musza byc w opisie szukanej sekwencji,
OR - slowa kluczowe z jednej z rubryk musza byc w opisie szukanej sekwencji,
BUT NOT - w opisie sekwencji moga byc tylko slowa z pierwszej rubryki a nie moze byc slow z drugiej rubryki.
Ponizej rubryk na slowa kluczowe mozna wybrac baze danych do przeszukiwania (caly GENEBANK lub tylko najnowsze
sekwencje) i mozna zawezic nasze wyszukiwanie do jednego lub kilku czesci opisu sekwencji (np. do szukania po nazwisku
autora wybieramy "reference").
